About KRUSHO
KRUSHO is a digital directory platform that connects Farmers with Farm Labour, Farm Machinery Rental Providers, and other Agriculture-related Service Providers (collectively referred to as “Service Providers”). KRUSHO provides contact information to enable direct communication between Farmers and Service Providers.

KRUSHO is strictly a directory and information service. It does not:
Employ, represent, or endorse any Service Provider listed on the platform.
Participate in, mediate, or oversee any agreement, negotiation, or transaction between a Farme and a Service Provider.
Guarantee the quality, availability, safety, or legality of any service offered.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use KRUSHO.

• By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

• KRUSHO reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to contain false or misleading information.

3.1 Farmers

Farmers may use KRUSHO to search for and view contact details of registered Service Providers. All communication, negotiation, and agreement for services must be done directly between the Farmer and the Service Provider. KRUSHO is not a party to any such arrangement.

3.2 Service Providers

Service Providers (including Farm Labour, Machinery Rental Providers, and other agri-services) must register on KRUSHO and maintain an active subscription (Krusho Points recharge) to remain listed on the platform. Service Providers are solely responsible for the services they offer, their conduct, and any agreements they enter into with Farmers.

4.1 What are Krusho Points?
Krusho Points are prepaid credits issued exclusively for use within the KRUSHO platform. They hold no monetary value outside the app, cannot be transferred between users, and are not redeemable for cash. Points can be purchased through the app using supported payment methods.

4.2 Service Provider Registration & Monthly Recharge
Service Providers are required to pay a registration fee and recharge their account with Krusho Points on a monthly basis to remain active and visible on the platform. Failure to recharge will result in the listing being temporarily suspended until recharge is completed.

4.3 Farmer Usage Charges
Accessing the KRUSHO information services and viewing Service Provider contact details is currently free for all Farmers. KRUSHO is committed to keeping this service as accessible as possible. Should any charges ever be introduced in the future, Farmers will be notified in advance through the app and will always have the choice to continue or discontinue use.

4.4 No Refund Policy
ALL PURCHASES OF KRUSHO POINTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Once Krusho Points are purchased, they cannot be converted to cash or refunded under any circumstances, including account suspension, termination, or discontinuation of the service. Users are advised to purchase only the amount of Points they intend to use.

KRUSHO is a information service platform only. By using this app, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No Liability for Services: KRUSHO is not responsible for the quality, safety, timeliness, legality, or outcome of any service provided by a Service Provider found through the app.

• No Liability for Disputes: Any dispute, disagreement, accident, injury, financial loss, legal issue, or any other matter arising between a Farmer and a Service Provider is solely between those parties. KRUSHO shall not be named or held liable in any such dispute.

• No Liability for Conduct: KRUSHO does not screen, verify, or background-check Service Providers. Users interact at their own risk.

• No Liability for On-Site Incidents: Any incident, accident, property damage, or personal injury occurring at a Farmer’s location during or after engagement of a Service Provider found via KRUSHO is the sole responsibility of the parties involved. KRUSHO bears no legal, financial, or moral responsibility for any such events.

• No Warranty: KRUSHO does not guarantee that the contact information listed is always current, accurate, or that the Service Provider is available or fit for work.

• Users must conduct their own due diligence before hiring or engaging any Service Provider.

• Users must not use KRUSHO for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

• Service Providers must not provide false information about their services, capabilities, or identity.

• Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including labour laws, contracts, and safety regulations, in their jurisdiction.

• Any misuse of the platform, including spamming, impersonation, or harassment, will result in immediate account suspension.

KRUSHO reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account, at its sole discretion, in cases including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.

• Submission of false or misleading information.

• Non-payment or insufficient Krusho Points balance (for Service Providers).

• Any conduct deemed harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties.

By registering, you consent to KRUSHO collecting and using your personal information (name, phone number, location, etc.) for the purpose of operating the information service, processing payments, and communicating with you about the platform. KRUSHO will not sell your personal data to third parties. Detailed data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

All content, branding, logos, software, features, workflows, user interfaces, business processes, and underlying technology of the KRUSHO platform are the exclusive intellectual property of KRUSHO and its owners.

Trademark: KRUSHO is a registered trademark protected under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 (India). Any unauthorized use of the KRUSHOTM name, logo, or trade dress in any form or medium constitutes trademark infringement and will invite immediate legal action.

Patent: A patent application has been filed for the core concept, technology, business methodology, and operational workflow of the KRUSHOTM platform. Any unauthorized replication, imitation, or duplication of this platform — in whole or in part — including its concept, design, workflow, or functionality — will be treated as infringement of intellectual property rights and will be subject to legal action under applicable Indian and international law.

Prohibited Actions: Users, developers, businesses, or any third party may not, without prior written permission from KRUSHO:

• Copy, reproduce, or replicate the platform or any part of it

• Build, launch, or operate a similar or competing platform based on KRUSHOTM's concept, methodology, or workflow

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the platform's code, logic, or business processes

• Create derivative works, clones, or adaptations of this platform

• Use the KRUSHOTM name, logo, trade dress, or any similar mark in any form

Register any trademark, domain name, or business name that is identical or deceptively similar to KRUSHOTM

Consequences of Infringement:
Any violation of this clause will result in account termination, civil action for damages and injunction, criminal proceedings where applicable under Indian law, and recovery of all legal costs from the infringing party.

KRUSHOTM reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the app. Continued use of the app after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the user’s responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
